Returns and Exchanges

All our products undergo extensive quality control before they are sent to customers. In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty product, we will exchange it for you.

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item to us within 20 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us or email us at /

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days. If your return is rejected (e.g. due to improper repair by an unauthorized service center), we will ship the item back to you. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs.

Sale & Customized items

Sale items and products that have been ordered with engraving are not eligible for returns.
